god myself like just it was a culmination of everything that i've been through at that point you know i'm saying like that was that was to where it was like all this stuff has came together and you know basically got that deer put into my lap and and it was just a it was a crazy thing man i can't i can't describe i can't explain it i mean it was just uh a very surreal moment you know that's one thing i think
As a deer hunter, you know, someone that loves to chase big whitetails, I think that 200-inch mark is always, like, a goal that somebody's going to have.
I didn't realize anything that ever happened.
We just don't have deer like that, especially where we live at, you know, that often at all.
And just for that to happen the way that it did, again, I mean, I think there was some divinity going on in that situation, man, because it was –
it was a really really really culminating experience from that journey from what started you know just basically a month previous to that so that's crazy incredible deer great story too man it's just kind of cool that it's like not knowing the deer makes it cooler yeah
We did know the deer.
Oh, OK.
This is what's crazy about this.
So that same evening, I gave my brother, my climber, to take a mile away to hunt that deer, not knowing at all.
And I can show you a truck camera later.
Looks like a great deer, like a 160, 170.
Does not at all look like a 200-inch deer.
Did not know.
He was going back the next day, like, man, I gotta have a picture of this deer somewhere, blah, blah, blah, blah.
He calls me, he's like, dude, I think you killed my deer.
