I feel like in this day and age where I'm at especially,
it's a lot harder to find a big deer than to kill a big deer because they just don't exist anymore you know yeah so i mean up there i kill this one it's like it says two hours north there's still more and me and him kind of talk about the way here you watch the color of the soil as you come from where i live at and then you start hitting up here and up here and it just gets blacker and blacker and blacker
and that's what grows the bigger racks that's what gets your you know your more mass you know those yeah and stuff also too so yeah every once in a while you get a unicorn somewhere else but i caught andy with gallon ziploc bags in my dirt trying to take it back to pa i did it i got a five gallon bucket you don't even know about just one bucket at a time yeah
It's pushed all us locals out of everywhere.
I lost two leases for this next year already that I had last year.
It's brutal.

And now it's gotten to where even if you could get a lease, it's so expensive because the price just keeps driving up and up and up and up when they're doing it for it on the per acre price.
took a track of land like say you had like a 200 acre farm and brett and i were the two guys that had the two marker farm okay and then those people died and then they got to the kids so now they split that 200 acre farm has become like x amount of 40s so now me and brett are hunting the 40 but now you guys are hunting the other 40 you guys are on the other 40 so now you've taken that and pressured the out of that deal on top of that and then guess what again
How many mature bucks are on that anyways to start with?
Well, now you've got two guys on each 40, and that's what it's turned into, man.
It's shit show.
We're tired of it.
But that's part of why I want to pick up a recurve next year.
I'm going to be honest with you, because I want to get back to roots, you know what I'm saying?
And I told him, if I kill a doe on public ground with a recurve, that's an accomplishment.
