And all teams, any team that had this schedule, I think, would struggle at a certain point and then look at the end and say, okay, that's where we make up ground.
Well, that brings us to our predictions portion, and this is where the chat can play right along with us.
Let's get into it.
I've got a bunch of these.
It's going to take the rest of the show to get through them, but let's start with that one.
What seed will the Nuggets be to end the year?
They're right now tied for third, so if you had to predict, where are they going to finish?
I'm going to go with three as well.
And I feel actually somewhat confident about that, which I know is crazy because the Rockets, Lakers, Timberwolves, even Suns are all within three games of each other.
So they're closer to Denver than Denver is to San Antonio.
I agree with you that I think the four game gap on San Antonio is actually kind of sneaky big.
They certainly could close the gap, but it would take a pretty remarkable close to the year that I don't think will happen.
Or San Antonio falling apart, which they just haven't shown signs of.
But I actually feel pretty good about the Nuggets being the three seed.
And what's crazy is, as we'll get to here in a little bit, I think they might actually not be the three seed for the next month.
I think they're going to fall out of it for about a month, but I think they'll regain it towards the end of the year.
But you just said, is it important?
I actually think this one is huge.
I think...
the winner of the West is going to be a top three seed this year.
