He's the one that is going to shake up the system for better or for worse, ended up being for worse.

And he's the one that will fundamentally change things.

So a lot of Gen Zers thought, okay, let's take the gamble and let's try to change things because the current system clearly isn't working.

And Kamala Harris, I think she ran a great campaign, but she did unfortunately represent a more status quo, Democratic Party type vibe.

So young people took the gamble on Trump, not me, obviously.

And then now we're facing severe consequences.

Youth unemployment has skyrocketed.

Unemployment for everybody has skyrocketed, and people understand that Donald Trump is a part of the same system he has criticized.

Now, I will say that does not mean that Democrats automatically win the support and the trust of young people because it's not enough to be anti-Trump.

It's not enough to be unified in our opposition to Donald Trump.

We need to have an affirmative, exciting, appealing message for future generations.

We need to run on things that really excite people.

Like if we have another candidate in 2028 who is, I hate to use these terms, but if we have another like business as usual status quo candidate who doesn't want to change things for the better, Gen Z will be equally as disengaged.

So we need someone who engages us and, you know, we'll see.

We'll see what happens.
