Uh, but again when you're kinda looking at the the long term
Um, you know, the fact that you're taking care of it and you're reducing your
chance of any kind of problems or litigation
you know, you would have to say that that would obviously far outweigh any of the short term issues.
But when you're looking at it from, you know, the business side and
generally decisions to update are
not made by the attorneys, they're usually made by the senior management of the franchise companies based on the input of their attorney and they kind of factor in the legal consequences and think about the business considerations and make a decision.
Um, so there it it always does weigh back and forth with that short term
Um
you know, potential loss versus, you know, the long term
benefit.
Uh, one of the things that they kinda drilled down on as they as they went through the session
are just some common things that people don't always realize would trigger
um a material change to your disclosure document and would um
require a uh
update.
