when it's brought to the attention of senior management, they're going to look at

Obviously if it's before
then it's easier to deal with the toothpaste because all you gotta do is r is fix it and redisclose them.
Uh if it's after it's a different story and at that point you have to look at
Um, was it material?
Was it uh willful, was it in a registration state or a non registration state?
And if it's in a registration state at that point, you know, depending on what the uh
mistake was, you may need to approach the state examiners, you may need to offer rescissions
Um, it's it's really gonna depend.
You've really gotta look at how many franchisees were impacted by it.
And um
