Which to me is
a great way to go 'cause first off it kind of puts a new angle into the sessions.
And second
attorneys when they're advising clients, you can't just advise your client in a vacuum of only the legal considerations.
You do have to
factor in the business considerations and kinda blend that in with your advice so that you're giving
proper legal advice that also has a practical aspect.
So it was it was
Interesting to see some of the sessions
um that really uh
w w were sessions that
they were just as informative for an attorney as a franchise executive.
So for example, one of the sessions was I I didn't attend it but I I had saw it in the uh materials
um different practices to collect
passed due royalty amounts and just very practical things.
that you're gonna want to know if you're the CFO or president of a franchise company and certainly
different practice pointers for attorneys as well.
Um so I thought they did a
excellent job of
really kinda trying to weave in business themes, um
