I subscribe to the American Bar Association's listserv, uh, through the forum on franchising where
um attorneys and other professionals who are part of the
the listener were able to shoot comments and questions back and forth.
And you do see that periodically popping up with people trying to get guidance from other attorneys
on, you know, if if this person is doing this, are they technically an area developer or not?
You know, does this need to be disclosed?
So I think it's definitely um gonna be very welcome to see NASA weigh in on all that.
Uh the other thing
that they were talking about doing was an electronic registry, um, for
state registration.
um, kind of
They didn't go into much detail but it it
one of one of the things that took away from it was they were kind of looking at Wisconsin was doing of the ability to be able to electronically file the registration online and having some kind of service that could potentially be used for all the states.
That's that seemed to still be in kind of the early process and they hadn't really figured out from a budgetary standpoint, from a technology standpoint, but just one of the things that they're working on.
So
that obviously would be another very welcome change, you know, when that came to fruition.
He uh they did not um give a timeline.
Uh, they just basically said they're in the process of doing it.
And obviously it's going to come out as um
