You got to bet on the right horse like anything.
Well, everybody does that, right?
That's one of the things I'm going to talk to.
And I'm actually doing a side-by-side comparison at our event tonight.
I have people all the time that come in and they're like, hey, I've been running my business for 20 years.
I make good money.
I wanted to get into real estate.
I thought I should go buy this Airbnb or I should go buy this single family rental.
And so I went and I put 30 percent down and, you know, I got this house in Anthem, Arizona, and, you know, I'm renting it out for twenty five hundred a month.
And I say, oh, that's awesome.
What's your cash flow on that?
Cash flow?
I pay $100 every month to have a house.
