One of my favorite quotes is, you have to be odd to be number one.

And I think it's so true because all of these people, like take David Goggins, their brains are just wired differently.

And I feel like for a lot of my life, I oftentimes felt different or misunderstood.

And now I'm embracing that because it's given me these experiences that otherwise I would have never had.

And I don't want to be normal, right?

I don't want a normal life.

I want to be extraordinary and have this big, fun, exciting life that takes me to all these places and I'm introduced to all these cool people.

So this business has really highlighted the fact that I am different, but that's okay.

And it's worth celebrating.

Right.

I always felt a little bit different.

And I always felt like I was kind of doing my own thing and had my own ways about doing everything in life.

And I worked in finance for a few years after college and quickly realized that it was not for me because I just always felt very stuck at a desk.

And I thought, well, I want to do this my way.

Or if I finish all my work in time, why do I have to sit here until 5 PM to clock out?

And so that's kind of what sparked the entrepreneurial journey for me because my parents worked in finance.

They are not entrepreneurs.

So what I'm doing is very different.

And I think at the start, they're like, you're going to start a cookie brand?

OK, we'll always support you.
