But uh when you look at the educational system in the UK, how do you think it should evolve, especially in a world that is heavily influenced by

And of course, uh the there's something that is very, very obvious right now.
There is a clear mismatch between the skills that the educational system is teaching students and you know the grades that are being turned out and the skills that are required by employers.
So what skills do you think would be valuable going into the next decade and what's your advice?
