It's obviously a real pleasure to invite you, obviously, as a property professional, but also sort of an entrepreneur.
So I wanted to sort of talk about very quickly sort of like your personal journey and how you've kind of come to this point and how you got to the point before launching Beam.
You were sort of traditional, I'll call it traditional leasing agent, because we'll go into traditional, non-traditional.
How did you first get into the market and then realize that things were kind of changing?
There's one for me.
