And then so so to that point then, in in terms of the the kind of the bill or the invoice that you get at the end of the month, it will be broken down into obviously what we're gonna call kind of the the rental bit and then the service bit.

And again, I understand that there's different sort of size requirements, pricing requirements, but if it is it going to be more and more consumer-led, more and more sort of what do you see as the big trends that will be transforming the products, the office product as we know it now?
I think it is going to be more consumer led.
It's the j i I mean, it's go back to what you're saying.
It's the capacity to deliver that that new requirement, you know, you have to be this, this, this, but now you also have to be this.
Um, do you have a sort of a a kind of
in in the current portfolio of work that you you've been doing, you know, since since inception, do you have sort of one case study or a project that you feel sort of really encapsulates everything that you've been telling us today about the business, the market, you know, that really, you know, t between brackets captures that beam philosophy?
