It's been a minute, but I I was on the podcast and um I remember being on the podcast.
then listening to her like, oh, this was a good episode.
And then one of the therapists that works for me says, Oh, I heard your podcast.
Like, like just last year.
And I went back.
And I listened to it again and I was like
I like this girl.
We had a connection.
Like, have you ever like said oh we had a c so I sent her an email.
I sent Jenna an email and then
