It's just the best group ever.

I just have never felt so welcomed and so like appreciated and like encouraged, even as a mentor.

So if someone's like, oh, I already have, I've already subscribed, I don't need that.

No, it's so totally different.

I'm gonna talk about the type of person.

I tend to gravitate

There's there are always going to be those star student.

There's always going to be that one that's like, oh my gosh, I started yesterday and I have a million people.

And that's we love that person.

But I tend to gravitate and love to see progress on that student that has just a little trouble starting or a little trouble finding that first patient because we're always here saying,

You gotta wake up and do it again, sweetie.

You gotta wake up and grind again.

So that's the person that I love to see and often in this group see when.

And that is like

I love that.

And it's to me, it's always so encouraging when they

Graduate.

so soon like I kind of just joined this this gig in July but there are already people that I'm like oh you you kind of need to go on to then to grow to the grow group so that's always encouraging too it's not you know a week or two but it is a couple of months and look how quick it went just like that.
