DeSantis thought this ruling was going to come down in this way, so now he has more legal justification.

So there are going to be some seats that they move.

I think 2026 is too big to rig, potentially.

But 2028...

This is wild, wild west.

We're going to see so many majority black districts just torn apart.

And then it's going to be on the Democrats and their states to figure out, like, how are they going to retaliate?

Are they going to, like, they're going to draw out all the white people now that racist gerrymandering is legal?

Like, how are they going to approach this?

That's a great point on the lawsuits front, because you're right.

I think Republicans are going to try to say these districts that Democrats won there.

They were in unconstitutional districts based off the Supreme Court ruling.

And they're going to try to run lawsuits against those districts to try to retroactively beat them back.

And then then we're going to we're going to have the real tests.

Then we're going to have the real test to see what happens there.
