It is, yeah.

But again, as I said to you, you know, it's a punt and it's a coin toss.

And like, people want to do that.

Yeah, listen, knock yourself out, you know.

But, you know.

You could.

The 210 at Chepstow is always a good opportunity, you know.

And, you know, you look at it and, you know, certainly from my perspective, I'm going to say, look,

I can buy a lot of other things at better valuations that play the same teams, right?

And the question is, are you better off in them?

At least I know the proven businesses, right?

And they have good governance and the valuation is reasonable and all those other things.

There is a bit of it, yeah.

It's funny, I was having a conversation with somebody the other day about this, and I do believe, you know, when you look at it, I don't think we actually know who the big beneficiaries of AI will be yet.

I'm sure there's actually companies out there that haven't even been created.

Like if you look, you mentioned .com, right?

And you go, you know, who was one of the biggest beneficiaries of the .com bubble, right?

Amazon didn't exist in 2000, right?

But it used the Internet to facilitate its business that became a massive business.

There will be people in this, you know, companies that will be either in there in existence or in existence in the future that harness this AI technology to create something new or something really much improved on what's there already.
