So the only way for players to insulate themselves from that is to get an old Nokia and not to look at anything.
But that's not going to happen.
Players live on the phones like everybody else in modern society.
I think there'd be a split in the camp between those who are born in England, whose family here might be a huge Irish family, but they wouldn't have direct family here.
And the other, the Irish-born or raised guys who have family here.
So Chidozia, Benny, Queevin Keller, Darno Shea, they have family living here.
They're aware of what's going on and they're probably getting feedback from their friends, from family, from in-laws, from everybody else in terms of what's going on.
Are they listening to that?
Are players getting that?
I don't know, but they can't be immune to it.
And I'm sure it is a difficult, difficult position for them to do because it is being personalised when you see it.
You know, the FEI, the Irish team, the Republic of Ireland, you know, agreeing in inverted commas to play Israel at a time when the Israeli army is carrying out genocide is one thing.
But to personalise it, which has been, I find quite distasteful to see that it's on pleading Kelleher.
Some people have argued that players should have taken the decision simply not to turn up to boycott it.
None of them have done that, that we know of.
The only players absent here are either not selected or injured.
They've all turned up.
I did expect one or two maybe to come out and say it.
I do think that sometimes with these things, well, you can have an avalanche in support that if a player...
It's unfair to pick on Seamus Coleman, but for example, hypothetically, Seamus Coleman came out and said he wasn't playing.
