You know, the main street, you know, everyone is carrying a flag.
Everyone is wearing T-shirts, particularly with Patsy, the former president, who's been given 25 years.
From what I gather, it's universal support for them to feel that these guys were not terrorists.
They were not war criminals.
They were members of a liberation, justified liberation movement to remove terrorism.
Serbian, or to free Kosovo from Serbian presence and from Serbian crimes.
So I don't really get the sense of what aboutery or what if that you might get sometimes with issues.
Look, I'm conscious again, I'm Irish dipping in to the Balkans and somebody listening over my shoulder, somebody in Serbia would have a very different view.
I got a sense of this when I was in Belgrade last week doing a story in Back to Poland where Ireland are playing and
I asked one or two people about the idea that Raka Mladic got him in at silence at a state funeral.
Raka Mladic, a war criminal, had died in prison.
They were not surprised.
They said, well, why wouldn't we?
He's a hero.
He did some bad things, but he stood up to the Serbian people.
That's clearly not a view you would have here.
Serbia doesn't recognize Kosovo, so it's still a lot of tensions.
So it's a very tense city, but there's no hint of violence.
It's more like a celebration.
But the square will be full again tonight, 20,000, 25,000 people all carrying national emblems.
