So just two years ago, he wrote that Donald Trump was a shame, ashamed himself, tried to overturn our democracy, should never be near presidential office again.
And I asked him about it and he said he got very upset.

This is saying calling him Hitler.
calling people who enable him cowards and bootlickers, calling him dangerous.
You know, even Pete Hegseth, who has been a Trump loyalist for years now, back in 2016, was on Megyn Kelly's show on Fox News and said that Donald Trump's foreign policy was totally incoherent.
So it's a pattern.
It clearly doesn't matter.
Donald Trump just got elected president with a vice presidential pick who called him Hitler.
