But when you get to that point, you go, okay, this is important, I need to do it.
It makes you want to do it more and I think that's an important piece.

I didn't even realise because you were so busy when you were young
You didn't ever realise it, you know, like it was sort of like you were just running about and you never realised it.
But I remember and I vividly remember this.
I was going to the fight in the all-iron final and I was 12.
I could beat the year before and I was going to the final and we were driving down the Anderson Town Road and we stopped at the lights and I can remember this as clear as day.
And I can remember the bank machines not even there, but I can still remember exactly.
And there was a fella, it was about six in the morning.
And a fella was taking money out of the bank machine.
And I said to myself, I would do anything in this world to be that fella, standing there, taking money out of that bank machine, then going to Dublin to compete in the All-Irelands.
And I was 12 years of age.
I remember that as clear as day.
And that was the first time that I ever realised that the pressure is that hard.
And do you know what's a massive thing?
And I'm begging to deny.
People say that sport and boxing particularly teaches you these skills like emotional regulation and managing your temper and all these things and discipline and all composure.
But if you think of it, no one actually sits you down in a boxing club or a sports club and actually teaches you these things.
They expect you to do it from 11, 12, 13.
