Just says I'll open a can of worms that doesn't really need to be opened or don't want to open now, because I know I won't go.
After the Olympics, the same person asked me again, do you want to get some help?
And that's when I met Dr. Paul Geffney.
And to be honest, and I openly say it, it changed my life forever.
And I think regardless of the medals and the trophies and the success, I thank boxing more because it gave me the opportunity to meet him than winning any other medals, honestly.

When I used to go to competitions, I would have met Paul two or three times a week and phoned him before fights, after fights.
And that for me really helped me.
And I think looking back to that 12 year old me, that's what I needed way back then.
And if I had had that way back then, or someone there to understand and listen, more so than anything, just listen, I think I could have done a lot more in sport, to be honest.
