And that's how low sport brought me, just because of the pressure, just because of the stress.
Again, I was doing things because I always liked to sort of, like, you know, you were thin because you weren't eating as much and you were, you know, you thought, like, at the time, oh, I'm in good shape, but you weren't eating because of all this and the stress and anxiety.
But there was many times in my career, like, I've been in the best shape of my life, like, say, for instance, physically, like, six-pack and ripped and I go on myself, I actually feel the absolute worst I've ever felt in my life.

You're able to do what you want.
You're not worried about, you know, what I look like.

I'm a lot more fulfilled.
