The pandemic has really opened our eyes to see that that is something that's very, very possible.

Prior to the pandemic, it's something that a lot of companies, a lot of people didn't think that was possible because of the mindset shift.

And then because with the pandemic now, the opportunity is there now.

So it depends on how we want to take advantage of that opportunity that we have.

Yes, people are starting to come out and about.

I think it's almost been two years now since we've been in this pandemic stage where everybody is almost itching to get back to normal life.

But of course, I don't think we're going to ever get back to pre-COVID times.

But what we've realized is, especially like me personally, you really realize the value of time.

For example, we live in California where driving is very, very far to get to your workplace.

And so with that, to being able to work at home and to, you know, have that freedom, have that little bit extra time where you're saving on the commute time, I used to have to drive like an hour and a half to two hours where I would commute and I would vanpool with other co workers just to save some time back and forth from work.

And so now I get that time back, I can save it

I can spend it with my kids.

I can spend that time with them.

I have that extra two to four hours every day now where before COVID, you weren't able to see that.

So I think COVID has really allowed us to be able to appreciate the extra time that we do have.

If you're not commuting, if you're able to work remotely from home, you save a lot more time.

You're able to be more protective of where you're spending your time.

Personally, I think that there's no other better time to invest in real estate.

What we're seeing in the markets here right now is all the prices are increasing incredibly.
