It's something that's tangible.
You have your money invested into something that's actually tangible that you're able to manage.
Like in multifamily real estate, you're able to create that forced appreciation where you're actively managing it to create value in the properties, not just waiting for it to expire.
appreciate and value, you know, you have that you have that flexibility, there's multiple different exit strategies that you have within real estate.
So, you know, there's there's a lot more control, I would say with real estate versus like another one, another asset class where you are investing in something that you don't typically have the ability to make changes to you not have, you don't have the ability to manage or anything like that, as you do with real estate.
