So long we are doing a good job, it's perpetual.
And that's where we, by now, being very selective.
In the beginning, we lost a lot of customers because they came in and they were wrong customers.
But now that we are focused on getting the right customers, we don't lose them.
It is so important.
I tell you, I would be four times more successful if I knew this thing even earlier.
Three years into the business.
Yeah.
And four years into the business, we were still taking anyone who would walk in.
And it's only just last three, four years that we started, we put our foot down and said, no, no, no, we, these are the right customers.
So on the agency side, there are two aspects of it.
One is the people who do strategy and customer service.
And for that, I have 11 people who are in Southern California, in Orange County, in the corporate office.
Then in addition, for the execution piece, I have a team of...
now close to 90 people in two offices in India.
So these are on my payroll.
So we are not outsourcing anything.
So I have hired people.
I'm originally from India.
So I could do that, although that's the hardest part I can tell you right now for me is to manage my Indian operation.
