So I guess for people who do have that mindset, I suppose an important message would be that people should take advantage of the fact that they have this unique mentality or this reasonably rare mentality and go into roles that other people probably won't feel because they feel too uncomfortable.

Or at least I guess they could just reasonably think it's misguided, but other people aren't necessarily going to do this stuff.
