Now Richard, you just were giving an example where, you know, we you're talking about CRM and, you know, you were dealing with CIOs and CTOs.
I wanted to understand like how difficult is it, you know, to try to, you know, convince a CTO and a CIO, you know, with respect to, you know
uh, you know, convincing him for a technology or something like that.
Like what I mean, how did you tackle that?
Exactly.
You know, I feel that, you know, everything in the organization actually goes through them, you know, from the CIO and the CTO.
And then the life cycle of things go, you know, around the other parts or let's say the other departments of the IT industry.
And without them, you know, I don't think the adaptability would be that easier.
