I mean, broadly in the country?
People are.
It feels, look, neither of us were there.
We're both far too young.
But like when I remember in high school learning about Hoovervilles, learning about the Great Depression, learning about, you know, the tariffs that kind of forced everyone's hands.
All of this feels like none of this feels new.
This feels like something that America learned from and then somehow forgot.
And so from what I understand, it is dire everywhere.
I think the thing that stands out to me besides the cost of everything being through the roof, like gas prices are at an all-time high, or at least a four-year high, absolutely ridiculous numbers, and the cost of groceries, the cost of everything, there's also just this lack of hope for people.
So many people have lost their work.
There is very little opportunity in this economy right now.
I think that like,
This is the first time in my lifetime that I feel like the people younger than me have less hope than the people older than me.
um and it's really it's sad i like i don't i guess that like now it just feels like a time of grifting a time of scamming a time of gambling like everyone is just trying to do whatever they can to get ahead because there is no like real moral forthright path like you can't just do honest work and expect to be paid for it anymore and so i'm really i'm scared for this country and i think that like things are just getting worse and worse
