And Uncle Rambo is also the resident expert of the rebel groups.
And he says, we need to understand the real danger.
They don't just kidnap and hold for ransom.
They rape.
They murder.
The danger is real.
It is not myth.
It is not hearsay.
And we needed to be prepared for that.
