But he was a deep thinker.

He was a real thinker, wasn't he?

Well, I mean, that ties right into what we're talking about today is life is really made up of small decisions.

You've got to grab them.

Because they may not come around again.

Well, and that's the thing, you know, if I tell the story, when I was in high school, I was, my first two years of high school, I told you this the other day, I was a complete disaster.

I almost failed out of high school the first two years.

The only thing I passed was gym, which is a great irony because I've been, you know, a little chubby most of my life.

But, uh,

And in my junior year, for whatever reason, and I emphasize this word, my junior year, I made a decision to be a good student.

And I wound up being a good student.
