That's a really good question, man.

You know, so in the come up of the my come up, candidly speaking, when when I, so to speak, took over, I had been in or around residential construction since I was a little kid on the job.

high school and undergrad, I was in the field outside of undergrad.

Once I got into grad programs and I started getting the real estate license and I became the broker for the company.

So for

Oh, probably four to five years.

I was the builder, the broker, the interior designer.

You absolutely don't want me to be your interior designer, things of that nature.

But I had my pulse on essentially every aspect of the business to where as I was growing the business, I had a finite understanding.

So there wasn't a Jill.

There wasn't anybody that was in a controller status.

It was literally Al, like most small business owners still do today.

go through the pain and the hardships of like, literally I have to put my ass in a chair and figure out what I'm going to do and have time to be able to reconcile this invoice and that invoice.

And at the time, dude, this was pretty quick books for me.

I was handwriting checks and that's about as fun as it sounds.

No, I think to your point.

And again, one of the things that we talk about in our organization is something with me personally is time optimization.

Jill's a great example of that.

And I'm not going to sit here and toot her horn, but toot, toot.
