A lot of the relationships that we have in are multi-decade relationships that have an expectation that we're not going to miss bills.

We are a debt-free organization by the grace of God, and we plan to stay that way.

So when crews or subcontractors, we work with them, there's no fear or doubt, well, am I going to get paid by Hammond Homes or am I going to get paid by Hammond Homes on time?

I don't want to be the guy that's bottlenecking that because

I'm looking to be able to take a vacation with my family or I'm at a business meeting or I'm at a mastermind where they've done their scope of work and scrubbed everything, but it's literally just waiting for me to issue payment.

I think wholeheartedly because you, you know, it's the whole attitude.

You're only as good as your weakest link.

Well, and I know that sounds cliche to say, but when you,

Builders are looking or sourcing the best possible subcontractors they can.

We're not necessarily talking about the best possible cost.
