And I say that to say, so I can't go back and say, hey, I built this house three years ago.

This is the cost associated with the materials.

But there are tells relative to the type of material, the.

the quantity certainly, the scope of work, things of that nature, where you can see if someone's really price gouging you, things of that nature.

So from a trust standpoint for those guys that, and again, I'm still that guy, and I was very much one of those guys coming up that I wanna be able to make sure I have my thumb on the pulse, I only want certain eyes on certain things at certain times, because I have to be able to trust that those people are understanding and facilitating of what we wanna get done.

The other piece I would think about it is,

Now, I mean, I literally do just have this conversation in September in our builder 20 group, because as I'm, I mean, it's two days of awesome meetings and you learn a lot from the 20 builders across the nation, but it's asked to chair for eight to 10 hours a day of absorbing information.

I can get so much done in front of my computer in 16 to 20 hours, including paying all those 52 bills.

That's another thing that allows us to continue to be streamlined because now when we had to proactively reach out and say, hey, I was out of town to be able to execute your check.

It doesn't matter if I'm out of town.

one size fits all for everybody literally as a truly custom home builder.

I know that not to be true.
