You know, I guess we were rebuilding, you know, waiting for the Carmelo era and Amari Stoudemire era.
But, you know, those would be my two stops that definitely stick out for me.
Nice.
Yeah, I mean, you have to go back to that, you know, and I always say like, you know, some of these coaches, obviously, you know, they can kind of get players to a certain point, but then you kind of need something kind of brand new to kind of get you over the hump.
And that's what Mike Brown has done here.
You know, I actually played for Mike Brown in Indiana as well.
You know, he was assistant coach there.
So, you know, I have a relationship with him and I know that he's always been a brilliant offensive mind.
I think obviously as a head coach, he's had a lot of success.
I mean, this is his second finals, right?
He took a young Cavaliers team to the finals before.
You know, he's had some success in his other stops.
And then he was in Golden State for forever where they won a couple championships as well.
So he has championship predigree.
He knows what it looks like.
He knows what to expect from players and how to bring the best out of them.
And that's what he's done here in New York.
And look at it now.
We headed to the finals first time in 20 plus years.
I do, honestly.
