Well, one of the things I noticed against Germany was more shots, far more corner kicks, more attacking, less counterattacking.

And for instance, 54 to 46 time of possession.

To the novice watching...

I say that's a little bit like time of possession in football.

It doesn't always mean you win, but it does show an aggressive nature, which in my lifetime, when we played Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, we don't win time of possession.

Explain, to me, I thought that was important.

Yeah, you hit the nail on the head.

I mean, this is a evolution, if you will, when it comes to the way that we played.

Now, I'm not saying in the past we haven't had possession, but again, this is against a German team that's, you know, one of the elites in the world, and we're pinging it around.

And this comes with time.

And I think it doesn't always, like you say, equate to goals or winning, but there is an association with possession as to a maturity and an evolution.

And so I think when...

you can't just have possession, right?

Possession with purpose, they talk about oftentimes.

And I think the other day against Germany, there was possession with purpose, and it resulted, like you said, in a lot of opportunities, a lot of goal-scoring chances, and not just, you know, half chances, real goal-scoring chances.
