Some of my favorite memories are the two of us going on hikes together while listening to your podcast and me being seriously freaked the fuck out because he somehow always chooses the murder in the woods episodes. Nailed it. We have our own special demon named Mikey. So I've gone to a church camp on the Grand Mesa almost every year for the past four or five years. It's truly a beautiful place in the summer. The lake is such a beautiful pristine teal color and it's always the perfect temperature. The only thing that gives you a slight sense of foreboding is how dark it gets at night.
