There are so many people today I know who feel themselves politically homeless.
They don't know what to do.
They don't know where to go.
They don't like Trump.
They don't like Mamdani.
They don't like the Democrats.
They don't like the Republicans.
They don't want to stay home.
I think we have a crisis of confidence in our system.
President calls me and asked me for my advice in drafting the legislation.
I would be happy to do that.
And I think it's the right approach.
I hope maybe he's listening to the show and maybe that truth social was stimulated by that.

And then if the court strikes down the legislation as being inconsistent with the body of the 14th Amendment, then it's a holding.
