But the chief executive and managers and chairman have got to go, well, hold, we've got to look after the club here.

And you've got to get on with it.

Now, what that figure is for Paul, I don't know.

But he certainly needs some help at the moment.

He definitely needs two or three players.

I just think that they've got to do some business.

There's no doubt about that.

You look at them and there isn't enough for me.

If I was manager of this team, this squad, I think I'd want a bit more.

I think Paul does.
