Good for Jay, though, he was brave to take that penalty in that situation.

1-0 down, we could have just said, OK, that's us done, but we had another go at them and he was brave enough to score.

I think we need to try and move something around because if I look at the history of teams in the bottom three, and we're at the bottom at the moment, you've got to do some business in that just to freshen things up and add a different character, even if it's a character in the dressing room, because we need to have some changes.
