They can pursue their own methods and policies of opposing Sauron.
Not that Saruman was actually opposing Sauron anymore, but we don't know that yet.
He can do his own thing.
He doesn't have to get approval.
He doesn't have to get a majority vote on his side.
He can do what he wants.
So can we.
But we have chosen to work together as a team.
Right.
Yeah, I mean, it's the only place other than the Fords where you can cross the river.
And what that means for him is he can send forces down either side.
