It would also be what interests him the most.

I have to wonder, he does not think that the Rohirrim are going to come and save the day.
Does that mean that Sauron is actively preventing him from being able to see the Rohirrim coming at that point?
Or has he given up at that point?
It's the same reason why he can't use the stone to see that it's Aragorn on the, the black ships coming up from, from the South.
Right.
It's really interesting.
