I love a fairy tale.
I love folk tales.
I think there are two great qualities of fairy tales, which are that they are short and that they are open to interpretation.
And this has neither of those qualities.
While saying I am a fairy tale upfront and repeating that and reiterating it numerous times during the story...
It is extremely long and extremely didactic.
Whenever something crops up that might represent something, he says what it represents afterwards.
Except when he's being infuriatingly ironic and then he says the opposite.
