What are your thoughts about the state of public art in Santa Clara?

My question is, other cities celebrate Diwali, Cherry Blossom, Chinese New Year, and Santa Clara does too, some of these.
Many cities have walk-in tours for tourists.
What are your ideas for adding walking tours to Santa Clara?
I was going to state that we should have a vote for each of the positions open and an additional vote for eligibility list.
On the previous vote, we were, you know, dangerously close of not having an eligibility list.
I think we should always do a number of positions plus one.

Actually, do we want to do that or do we want to just vote and then the highest vote getter is there?
And then if we don't, and if there's a tie, I don't think there, I don't know if there'll be a tie, if there is a tie.

Yeah, again, I think the idea is that's true, but you did, so I'm going to repeat what I said, which is we should have two votes, one vote
for the position and additional votes so that we guarantee that there are at least two people that are being voted for.
And we absolutely can have a tie.
People can vote for, three people can vote for one, three people can vote for another, and then we may have other people that are- No, this is completely confusing.
