I wanna just make certain I understand the process because I think you haven't done this for decades and it is overdue and I appreciate the city attorney taking on this big challenge.

And I want to thank the Charter Review Committee.

I know this is a big lift.

You know, all of you took a large, really intense period of time here the last six to nine months to get this done, so thank you for that.

As staff,

imparted on on our crc some of the some of the issues that we've seen i think as far as um trying to be more uh i won't say efficient but just have better tools before us it seems that um the recommendations for for level one level two it would be great if we had a some uh some motion to get those taken care of and then try to address the um level three as uh councilman hardy mentioned um

As far as the level three, are there any, I mean, they've been highlighted here, but for staff to really, and the city to be able to move forward

You know, we're a very innovative city.

We have a lot of things going on.

I think the design build is one of the functions that I've seen on School District's side that has really worked to kind of hold costs down with limited funds and really kind of maintain

Hold the hold the line as far as changers are concerned so that's something that I think it seems like there's some consensus on that so hopefully we can get something on that but as far as the other four level three are there any that the staff is like this is something that we really need to push forward and It sounds like

we would prefer to have more than one initiative, especially if we deal with any level threes, if that's something that the city, and it's a council decision, but something that the city looks to have more than one initiative, and would it be something that would be, is more than one initiative really gonna be too much for staff to handle?

Let's see if we wanted to do all five level threes and the level ones, level twos together.

So just a question as far as time for staff as we look towards basically about a month to get these things agreed on.

As best as I can.

So why don't I start with those, and there were a number of questions along that line.
