They came back with some suggestions here, and we were pegged with looking at this and seeing what we were comfortable with.

Level one and level two, I would say, are low-hanging fruit.

I mean, it's just kind of things that, you know,

50-year-old, 40-year-old document, and maybe some of that's been a touch here in the last 20 years, but it's something that we know we need to resolve.

I look at this from my perspective as far as being on the school board.

board policies that were from the 80s were out of compliance with CDE and other things.

This is a normal process.

You have to have this normal look at our charters.

Sometimes you delve in a little bit deeper.

I think the CRC really did a good job as far as looking at what we can do and what the different levels are.

uh and trying to move us forward i understand there's there's communication there will be a lot of communication we're not going to put this on the ballot tomorrow right as long as you state the facts and and get that communication out to to the public they can look at it and and take a vote in november but i'm definitely in support of this especially the level one level twos uh councilmember cox

From my perspective, the CRC did their work.

July 14th, I want staff to come back with the strikeouts and the clear message as far as both documents in the charter for level ones and level twos.

and the civil service of that gets into the meeting to confirm what works out with that.
