Yeah, I know everybody's depressed about the downtown issue and the delays with that.
Also with the Uptown related project, we've had so many delays with that, and I thought there was going to be something about manufacturing going on, and it was supposed to be sometime early this year, but we haven't heard anything yet on that either.
From what I understand, that has to be completed before they even
start on the retail restaurant hotel phase of the project just north of Levi's Stadium.
The way things are going now, it makes you wonder if in another 10 years, next Super Bowl, if we will even have the retail restaurant phase completed with the delays that have been going on with, unfortunately, the downtown and uptown project.

Economic Development Committee and that's something I think that should be brought up in that committee about the downtown, uptown and the delays and if, especially with the uptown, if the related people could be contacted and is there a deadline to where they have to get things completed or if there is a deadline, can somebody else step in and do the project and complete the project
if the related company won't do it.
OC Vibe in Orange County, they've got things going on over there, and I think they're already starting to build something similar to what's happening over, or supposed to be happening over here, over by Angels Stadium there in Anaheim.
They're already starting, so I don't know what it is.
They complain about how the economy's not that good, but why is the OC Vibe project starting, and yet we can't get the related project going.
