I'm curious enough, he's made me curious enough that I would take a look and then I would bring him in

as quickly as I possibly could, and I wanna see what his interactions are with the rest of the group within the team.

What kind of player is he on the field?

What kind of player is he off the field?

And how important could he potentially be as part of a group?

And if he fits,

in his return from injury while he's trying to complete this return and actually regain his starting position on the left-hand side of that back line of Bayern Munich.

I'm gonna throw just about all the names that have been used in that position by Vincent Kompany.

Tom Bishop, who's actually a midfielder, was used there.

Joseph Stanisic, who's a right-sided player, was used there.

Hiroki Ito, who's more of a central defender, was used there.

Konrad Leimer, who has played mostly right-back but is actually a midfielder, has also played there.

I mean, look.

We are two or three names away from us playing left back for Bayern Munich.

They've used just about anybody in that position instead of Alphonso Davies.

And it just kind of, it tells you that he's not quite there.

So,

Stuck down right now, but I imagine that as he gains more strength, as he gains more confidence, as he trusts his body and his knee a lot more, as he goes through more training sessions, more game action, then I think we're gonna begin to see some of the best work from Alphonso Davies.
