just being like this is what's happening right now and I'm gonna work with it like I'm not gonna fight it and again it's a practice like I don't find it easy but and like this probably isn't like ethical advice but sometimes I just have to like step back just zoom out or just like disassociate a bit with like
obsessing over what's going on in my life and just be like, just move through it.
Like just do what you have to do today.
Don't be so hyper attached to everything.
Like just kind of, I know I feel like everyone says like zoom out, but sometimes I'm not zooming out that far.
I'm just like a few centimeters away and being like,
Yeah, just go through what you have to go through but don't be so attached to it all.
And, yeah, I feel like that's kind of what I describe as radical acceptance.
But, again, like if you're having โ I had to radically accept a lot of things and, like, I think the more you have to accept sometimes the easier it gets in a way because it's just like, oh, another one, another one, like let's just do it.
But I feel like, again, it's a practice.
And it's funny how much of this really is like a muscle you have to โ
And when I first started like getting into therapy and things like that, I was like, oh, why isn't this like working now?
But yeah, I feel like if every day you're just kind of like pick one or a few things to be like, I'm just going to accept this today.
I'm not going to fight it.
And let's see how the day goes.
Like, and it might end up better than you really expect.
It's like tick.
Okay.
Positive reinforcement.
Let's do it again tomorrow kind of thing.
