But I think getting out of a funk, you just need to like rip yourself out of routine.
Like if I sit in my house and do the same thing, I'm like, of course I'm going to keep going down.
So doing something really different or I'm back into journaling, pen to paper, like got to do it.
Do you read your journal back?
My friend asked me this the other day, my real friend, not TikTok.
I kind of would do that as a bit.
I would be so into it.
No, you guys are my friends now.
Okay.
I do sometimes when I am in a funk because I'm like, how did I get out of it before?
But for the most part right now, I'm just like get the thoughts out of my head.
But I have journals from like a few years ago and I like to go back through them to be like, I knew I was done bad then and I am out of it now slash going like I did get out of it.
So let's see what I reflected on back then.
And that's when I read it.
But I'm not just reading it for fun because that's spooky.
Yeah.
So I feel like it is, yeah, kind of I spoke about my body and things like that.
It is just accepting the reality of right now.
It's not, again, not saying that you can do things to make it better or that it couldn't be better.
Of course, things can be, but...
